I am lifted. It’s as simple as that.

A simple learning. A simple realisation. A simple observation.

And a qualitative experience.

I feel lighter. I shine brighter. The worries of yesterday — or even just a few hours ago — feel far away.

Nothing has changed, and everything has changed.

I have changed because I have recalibrated, reconnected with myself, and in the process effortlessly stepped into living the experience of who I really am.

And that changes everything.

I know what I am doing. I love myself. I trust myself. I embrace all of me.

There is a sense of peace that comes with coming home to yourself that I can’t quite put into words.

It says: I’m here.

It says: I trust you.

It says: I am here to make all your dreams come true. I am here to show you what’s possible. All you need to do is trust me, too. All you need to do is trust me as I trust you.

Forget the noise. Forget the hype.

Forget everything you’ve ever learned or been told.
