You know more than you think you do.
This is the best thing I’ve ever written. From the LinkedIn archives.

When you ask yourself what brings you joy, do the answers really surprise you?
If you say yes, I think you’re lying. Or rather, you’re not honouring your truth.
I know. You know.
We know more than we think we do.
I’ve been sitting with that truth for some time.
I’ve been watching it. Noticing it. Claiming it. Owning it.
I’ve been watching what happens when we CHOOSE to let everything else fall away.
I’ve been noticing what happens when we choose, simultaneously, to stay.
I like playing with the interplay; the contradictions-that-aren’t-contradictions; the idiosyncrasies-that-make-perfect-sense; my own messy, perfect, imperfect humanness.
As of right now, I am in London. My hometown & lifeblood. I exist amidst the hubbub, the chaos, the noise. I choose Life in the dirt because real aliveness is & can be accessed anywhere. I choose Life in the mayhem because I want to understand & stay connected with what’s real.
